1. Non-Refundable Services: All subscription fees and payments for premium services (e.g., AI strategy usage, equity basket subscriptions) are non-refundable. Please carefully review before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility: In the event of technical issues that prevent access to paid services, refunds may be considered if reported within 7 days of the purchase. Refunds will be processed only if it’s verified that the issue is caused by the app.

3. Request Process: Users may request refunds by contacting support@caliberts.org. All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.

4. Brokerage Fees: Any fees charged by the user’s broker are not covered under this refund policy and are handled directly by the brokerage service
